Aftercare

  • After the first 12 months from date of installation all call out charges will be billed at the following rate €150 Call-out fee – covers first 30 mins (€65 per hour thereafter) – If you are on an aftercare plan a reduced rate of €90 Call-out fee – covers first 30mins (€45 per hour thereafter) applies.
  • Unlimited call backs in the first 12 months will cease if the customer does not operate the system in the manner advised by Lets talk Solar. Any call backs not covered in the first 12 months will be charged at the following rate – €90 Call-out fee – covers first 30mins (€45 per hour thereafter)
  • T&C’s will apply

 

Glycol Service  – €399 for service – Price held till 31st Dec 2016

(Please note: call out charges will be billed at the following rate €150 Call-out fee – covers first 30 mins (€65 per hour thereafter)

  • Glycol change when required.
  • Full Solar Circuit Service completed at the time of glycol change.
  • All part & materials supplied in your service are charged in full(except glycol).
  • Dispose of the spent Glycol in accordance with European Waste Catalogue (E.W.C.) the codification is the following: 16 01 14 – as per the guidelines under SECTION 13 DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS.

What’s involved in a Solar Circuit Service:

  • Check pressure on solar circuit
  • Check the solar safety valve has not discharged glycol
  • Check pressure on solar expansion vessel
  • Check all settings on solar controller
  • Check all solar sensors are working correctly

Central Heating clients only:

  • Check all parts of the heating system installed by Let’s talk Solar are working correctly ie Wall stats, Motorised valves, circulating pumps, domestic booster pump if installed by Let’s talk Solar
  • T&C’s will apply

 

Premium Plan (€199 per annum)

(This plan is for Solar Central Heating and Solar Hot Water systems only with NO multi-room controls)

Once a year call out to inspect the following:

  • Annual Boiler Service i.e. Gas or Oil (including Stanley or Rayburn style cookers)
  • Annual Glycol Test ie Solar Circuit Fluid Test
  • Glycol free of charge when required.(Generally around 5th year after installation)
  • Annual Solar Circuit Service
  • The Premium Plan is a 4 year program minimum*
  • Any parts supplied that are not covered under warranty will be charged.

  • Test the PH of the Glycol using a PH Meter
  • Test the Glycol for freeze protection using a Refractometer
  • Replace the Glycol when required

  • All Features of the premium plan come as standard
  • Online Maintenance and support.
  • Annual change of Batteries.
  • Email Support.
  • Updates to App and System when available.

Maintenance T&C’s

  • There is no Boiler service in the Glycol Change Plan.
  • *If your plan is discontinued, full payment of a glycol service (if carried out) will be due.
  • ** In the Glycol change plan please note: Warranties – 25 CH Cylinder, 5 year HW cylinder, 10 year panel (Providing Glycol is changed around year 5). Any materials supplied, not covered under warranty will be charged for.
  • All warranties are null & void unless Lets talk Solar maintenance schedule is adhered to and carried out by Lets talk Solar IE minimum; Glycol changed when required.
  • All Let’s talk Solar customers have a 10 Year bonded warranty from date of installation if Let’s talk Solar ceases to trade.
